Healthy Living VS Unhealthy Lifestyle

Oakland, CA - What makes someone healthy? If you really think about it, being healthy and unhealthy, all depends on you. Being healthy means you drink enough water and when you go to the doctor's sometimes even the doctor will tell you that you're quite healthy. Eating a variety of foods gives you the nutrients you need to maintain your health, feel good, and have energy. These nutrients include protein, carbohydrates, fat, water, vitamins, and minerals. Nutrition is important for everyone to be able to have a heavy body. Who's going to want to have an unhealthy life if there's a lot of deliciousness that people love teaching? For example fruits and vegetables are so good and more good for your health. We don't all think or like the same things and that's ok because there's many more ways to be able to be healthy. One example is that we should all know that sleeping is a way to keep you healthy. We all need to sleep at least 7 hours to be able to let our brains rest and be relaxed and to be able to have energy and not be weak. If you are a picky eater then that might be an answer to why you can have a healthy life. I will help you out to get to a healthy life. Choose a goal that is the best fit for you. It may not be the first goal you feel you should choose. But you're much more likely to succeed if you set priorities that are compelling to you and feel attainable at present. Pick your choice of starting your new way of being from unhealthy to healthy. A thing I did when I wanted to start having a healthy life was by getting my own notebook and I would check in with myself about what I am eating if i am eating two times a day and how I feel about it. My favorite thing of course is the fruits. Fruit is loaded with plenty of vitamins and minerals that are essential for optimal health. It also has plenty of fiber and water that can help you stay fuller for longer. If you really don't like fruits at all then another thing you can try is drinking tea. It can help you with getting hungry and wanting to eat at least twice a day to be able to have something in your stomach. For sure avoid from drinking soda and juice that has added sugar. Try to drink everything the healthy way and you will see a difference for sure once you start doing it daily and keep track of how your health is going with your doctors and trust me you don't need to be drinking pills or things that say it will make you have a good body or a healthy life and what it can actually do is mess up your health always keep this in your mind do it the healthy way.
